Multi Purpose Face Eye Sealer Scrap the surface of Cake Eye Liner with the Make-up Spatula onto the Blending Plate, Add a drop of Cake Eyeliner Sealer and mix into a creamy consistency before applying to the eyes Alternatively apply the Cake Eye Liner with water bod once dry carefully apply the Cake Eye Liner Sealer with a fine brush over the top of the liner.
